Useful Information

Check-In

Our apartments are ready for you from 14:00 o'clock - 18:00 o'clock. If you do not succeed in time, we ask you for an early announcement.

Check-Out
We ask you to vacate your apartment on the day of departure until 09:30. Since we attach great importance to a thorough cleaning!

Smoking
Please note that smoking is prohibited in our apartments. For your enjoyment there is enough space outdoors or on your balcony - everywhere with beautiful views of the mountains!

Dogs / Pets

For hygienic reasons, no pets are allowed in our House!

Please note our cancellation fees as follows:

The general terms and conditions of the Austrian hotel industry apply:
Up to 3 months before arrival no cancellation fee is due
Up to 1 month before arrival 40% of the total arrangement price
Up to 1 week before arrival 70% of the total arrangement price
in the last week before the day of arrival 90% of the total arrangement price
If the cancellation is made on the day of arrival, the whole arrangement price will be charged

Please understand that we can only accept cancellations in writing.

We recommend a travel cancellation insurance.
